At Samiol Swimsuit, we want you to feel confident and beautiful in your swimwear. If your purchase isn't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all items in original condition with hygienic liners intact.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Prepare the Package
Place the unwashed and unworn swimwear, including all original tags and protective shields, into the original shipping mailer or a secure envelope.
Attach the Label
Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided by our portal and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
